This home-grown vegan cafe and market is a must-visit in Indian Harbor Beach. Cold-pressed juice and delicious food create waste that is now being diverted to produce rich, biocomplete compost that feeds gardens throughout our community. This pillar partner has been excited to contribute to the circular economy by creating a workflow that enables the majority of vegetative waste to be diverted, feeding our community from the ground up!
